A Greek-Cypriot guitarist, songwriter, studio musician and music educator, I developed my passion for music while growing up in Cyprus, where I first began performing in bands as a bass guitarist during my teenage years. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong interest in collaboration, songwriting and live performance.

Early in my musical journey, I met vocalist Jojo Kali, with whom I co-founded the project Hey Jo. Despite living in different countries, we collaborated remotely to write and produce original music, with me composing the guitar, bass and drum arrangements while Jojo developed the vocal melodies and lyrics. Together we also created unique reinterpretations of existing songs and performed as both an acoustic duo in Cyprus and the Netherlands and as a full band in the Netherlands.

I later moved to the Netherlands to study Guitar Performance at ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem. During my studies, I developed a strong foundation in music theory, composition, arranging, improvisation, pedagogy and contemporary performance practice, while refining my technical and artistic approach to the instrument.

My time at ArtEZ led to a variety of professional collaborations. In my fourth year, I joined the symphonic metal band Vogelhaus, performing in the Netherlands and Germany while contributing to the guitar arrangements of the band's material. I also recorded guitars for the upcoming single Shape Shifter and participated in the creative development of the band's music.

Towards the end of my studies, I was invited by an ArtEZ alumnus to join the Prestige Pop & Rock Choirs as lead guitarist. While balancing rehearsals and performances with the choir, Hey Jo, Vogelhaus, and the preparation of my graduation concert, I gained valuable experience working in demanding professional environments. Following these performances, I continued as the choir's principal guitarist.

Alongside live performance, I have worked as a session guitarist in the studio. Under the guidance of sound engineer and producer Raoul Soentken, I recorded guitar parts for a yacht rock project, demonstrating adaptability across styles and the ability to deliver high-quality recordings efficiently.

Teaching has also become an important part of my career. During the final three years of my studies, I taught a fellow ArtEZ student under the conservatory's teaching programme, designing lesson plans, monitoring progress and adapting my teaching methods to the student's individual goals. This experience strengthened my ability to create structured, engaging lessons that support students of different backgrounds and learning styles.

Today, I combine performing, songwriting, studio recording and teaching, drawing on a broad range of musical experiences across rock, metal, pop and contemporary music. Whether on stage, in the studio or in the classroom, I strive to bring creativity, professionalism and musicality to every project I undertake.
